Can I register the account with a mobile phone number?

Yes, you can register the account with a mobile phone number when signing up for any iDeliverd products.

How do I check my order status?

iDeliverd has made it easy to keep track of account and orders. Sign into your account and click on "Orders" or use our tracking available on freight. You can also check the status in-app for Quick Commerce or through our shipment partners FedEx and USPS using the waybill code shared after shipment confirmation.

Why isn't my package delivered in 5 days since I paid for expedited express?

Kindly understand that the 3-5 business days mentioned for Expedited Express shipping only refers to the shipping time and does not include processing time. The delivery time does not include the 2 days of processing time, which is the time taken to get your order ready to leave our warehouses.

I forgot my account.

If you've forgotten your password, click on "Forgot your password". We'll ask you to enter your email account and then immediately send you a new password.

How to change my account/email address?

If your original email address was written incorrectly and you don't have access to it, please don't worry. With this misspelled email address and your password, you can still log in to your account.

Can I rush my order?

Unfortunately, at this time, you are not allowed to rush your order. Orders are fulfilled in a queue. If you require your order to arrive before a specific day or if you need the products urgently, you should reach out to Customer Support.

How to receive the invoice of my order?

We're sorry, but our website doesn't have an invoice self-download service. However, you may contact customer service to request an invoice for your order.

How do I update my shipping or billing address?

To change and/or update a shipping or billing address, manage this segment in your address book.

Yes, you can register the account with a mobile phone number when signing up for any iDeliverd products.

Can I purchase without registration?

Once you have added items to the shopping cart, you will be required to sign up before proceeding. This process enables us to curb any fraudulent activities.

What if my shipping address is different than my billing address?

During the checkout process, you have the option to enter a different billing address by clicking "Edit" at the "Billing Address" section in checkout. Please ensure that the billing address you enter matches the name and address associated with the credit card you are using for this purchase. Note that your billing address and shipping address country must be the same.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to all countries in the world.

What payment method do you accept?

Currently, we accept card payments. We also offer installment payments through our partner Affirm.

Do you accept returns/exchange?

Yes, we accept returns and exchanges, subject to our return policy.

Where is my order shipped from?

We have multiple distribution centers. Your delivery address will determine the nearest distribution center for shipping.

Do you offer loyalty points?

Yes, we have loads of perks and rewards for every cent you spend on iDeliverd Shop.

iDeliverd is an international commerce and technology corporation headquartered in San Francisco, CA with operations in 13 countries.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you have full control over your order. We'll share real-time tracking credentials upon order dispatch.

When can I expect to receive my order?

We have different shipping packages. Our fastest shipping delivers in 1-3 business days, while ordinary shipments take 3-8 business days.

Can iDeliverd mailbox address be used as a home or business address?

All of our addresses are suitable for both personal and business use. While online business listings typically accept our street addresses, they may not accept post office boxes.

Can I receive mail in the name of multiple staff members within my business?

Absolutely! When completing the USPS Form 1583, please enter your business information in boxes 9 through 11, and use box 12 to list the name of each member of the company who will be receiving mail. Please note that all names listed must have verifiable identification.

How do I cancel my mailbox account?

We're sorry to hear that you're considering canceling your mailbox service with us. If you wish to proceed with canceling your mailbox, you can do so by logging in to your account, navigating to Settings, and clicking on Close account.

Do you accept package deliveries as well as regular mail?

Yes, we accept both mail and packages at all of our locations. When a package or letter arrives, our staff will scan the label and send you an email alert, so you can decide how you want us to handle it. We offer options such as scanning, forwarding the package to you, holding it for pickup, or shredding it.

Do you receive mail and packages from all couriers?

Certainly! Our locations provide regular street addresses and accept deliveries from USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, and any other shipping company. Our locations are open during regular business hours and will sign for all your mail and package deliveries.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We require the use of a credit card, and we accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

What is mail forwarding?

Our mail forwarding service is designed to ensure that you receive only the packages and letters that you truly desire. You have the ability to select which items you want to receive, where and when you want them to be forwarded, and we will take care of the rest. With our service, you can have your mail forwarded to any destination in the world!

What happens to my mail after I cancel my mailbox?

Mail received will be stored for up to six months from the date of termination, and storage fees may apply. If you wish to have your mail forwarded, additional fees for that service will apply. Please note that a change of address form cannot be submitted for a mailbox. If you have any further questions, please contact us at mailbox@ideliverd.com.

How much do I pay for the rental?

iDeliverd car rental rates start from as low as $0.15 per minute, and you only pay for the time you use the car and the kilometers traveled. However, you can use the car as long as you wish.

How do I unlock the car?

Once you find the car you'd like to rent, simply tap on the button in your iDeliverd RIDE app to unlock the car and start driving!

Where do I find the keys?

Once you unlock the car with your iDeliverd RIDE app, you'll find the car keys inside the car.

What if I damaged the car?

If you scratch the car, you'll definitely be charged a fee from your payment method.

Do I need to pay/add fuel?

Rental fees include fuel, insurance, and parking charges upon drop-off.

What payment methods do you accept?

iDeliverd RIDE is application-operated, and we only accept debit and credit card or Apple Pay payments in-app.

Does iDeliverd Foods offer only food delivery?

We also offer essentials delivery from your favorite local stores.

What kind of restaurants are listed on iDeliverd Food?

We have a diverse selection of food, restaurants, and stores while ensuring they all meet our high-quality standards.

What are the delivery fees?

In-app food items are individually priced. Before confirming your order, kindly review your basket and see the total of your chosen items.

How can I get help with my food delivery?

If you have any problems with your food or grocery delivery, please contact us in-app.

How does iDeliverd Foods work?

iDeliverd Foods is a food delivery app connecting you with the restaurants and stores in your city, which is delivered right to your door.

How long do deliveries take?

Delivery time varies depending on the restaurant or store, the time of day, traffic, inclement weather, and the distance to your location. However, we have a 60-minute ETA.

Can I order from multiple restaurants at once?

You can place multiple simultaneous orders through the iDeliverd Food app. However, it's not possible to purchase items from different restaurants or stores in a single cart.

How do I get updates on the progress of my order?

You can track your order in-app. We'll also send you notifications at every stage of the delivery process, so you'll always know where your order is.

How do you price the software?
